- Communicate with head office (HANSOL TEXTTILE)/ Buyer/ Supplier directly
- Order bulk Fabric/ Accessories and manage shipment schedule
- Manage production samples (AD/ FIT/ PP ) and send samples (AR/ TOP) to Buyer (need to manage the dead line closely)
- Manage bulk production for overall status on printing/ sewing... Request Lab test with 3rd parties (SGS/ BV/ CTL,...)
- Get all approval ready before Final Inspection
- Update order status on website and internal system/ Handle ERP
- Make subcontract for Graphic/ sewing mills
- Check/ request payment for factories and 3rd parties (monthly task)
