Mô tả công việc

*** For Purchasing team:
• Manage any procurement activities including collating purchase order, Interacting with the suppliers, posting purchase order on the e-till and SAP systems.
• Follow up with international vendors and UK shops over the phone for delivery schedules/shipment
• Prepare monthly purchase report in excel and share with VN and UK office
• Co-ordination with different UK stores, UK warehouse, UK head-office, Marketing departments

*** For HR team:
• Support of recruitment process
• Attendance monitoring
• Timesheet preparation & calculation
• Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation

*** For Customer Service team:
• Follow customer order
• Support with system process
• Follow up and take care of external phone call for UK lines
• Actively communicate and coordinate from internal side
• Process with new customer enquiry/ dealing with customer complaints/ retail order from SHOPS or online orders

*** WORKING HOUR: Monday - Friday: 13:00-21:00, Saturday: 08:30-12:30

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor Degree (Business Admin or/ and Foreign trade/ Finance and accounting)
• Fresh graduated or 1 year of experience
• MUST BE fluent in English ( especially speaking skill)
• Accuracy and attention to detail, good analyzing and coordination skills
