- Thoroughly understand product requirements
- Analyse then provide solution, or at least point the team to solution’s direction
- Critical analyzing on the work. Advise Product Owner if the requirements don’t make sense, and can provide suggestion and/or a shorter solution.
- A good listener & communicator: If any team member have good reason to think the Requirements/Specifications don’t make sense, BA will be able explain reason behind or communicate with Product Owner to correct the path.
- Create and maintain feature analyzations/specifications document
- Can work independently and coordinate with the rest of your Scrum team
- Work with vendors to design, validate, and manage the implementation of the solutions to requirements

Yêu cầu công việc

Must have:
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written) and strong presentation capabilities
- Experience with management system like WMS, TMS or ERP
- Having experience in web and Mobile Application Project
- Understand of Web development
- Experience on relational database concepts and SQL queries
- Understanding of software development processes
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Can communicate with the team, and be a part of the team

Nice to have:
- Jira use experience, and Agile mindset
- Good skills in using suitable tools for business modeling, drawing business and technical flows/ diagrams, creating mockups/ wireframes/ prototypes, etc.
