Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Vietnam operation’s computing networks such as local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANS), and data infrastructure
- Coordinate with HQ IT, authorities, and service providers to roll out various network or system projects
- Carry out installation, maintenance, optimization, and monitoring of wireless or wired network equipment and other routine network hardware
- Perform analysis and monitoring of network availability and performance over expectations; carry out performance tuning and assist in troubleshooting network issues; make network performance reports and statistics available
- Collaborate with service providers and vendors to resolve problems relating to routine network and effect appropriate solutions
- Perform network security duties such as managing host security, configuring firewalls, deleting and adding users, and disaster recovery and backup planning
- Develop and maintain procedures for disaster recovery, usage, and network administration, including backups, patching, security, hardware, software, or other items as deemed necessary
- Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems
- Provide technical support on-site or via remote-access systems to system users
- Perform after-hour maintenance and emergency on-call work as needed
- Provide training and assistance to system users on usage of new network services or/and applications and other relevant applications
- Provide training to users to maximize the use of computing and network systems
- Installing and support systems from documented specifications and requirements
- Support business / operation system roll out following the directions from Management
- Maintain complete and accurate records of IT inventory, including both hardware and software
- Provide necessary technical support to Digital Printing Department, both hardware and software
- Coordinate and maintain good business relationship with IT vendors / service providers

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications:
- University degree in computer science and relevant IT disciplines
- Strong enterprise networking experience, including structured cabling and enterprise networked equipment
- Deep knowledge of network management processes and tools, wireless and wired networks, wiring and cabling standards, and connections
- Possess a broad knowledge of systems practices, procedures, and principles, and to utilize the knowledge in performing installation, and providing support to complex systems.
- 5+ years proven experience as a full time IT professional / technical support engineer
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both oral and written English
- Able to work independently to prioritize routine administrative tasks and to complete assigned duties within set deadline
- Possess a passion for learning new technologies and able to leverage new technologies to improve business performance
- Strong documentation and reporting skills to effectively document policies and procedures, routine technical problems, and to summarize the problems for management
- Travel will be required periodically to support factory in Bac Ninh
