JOB OVERVIEW

IT Support maintains the computer networks of organization, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. IT Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems.

WHAT YOU‘LL DO

Identify and support restaurant and office issues related to systems and computer such as: POS, PC, network or other supplementary service;

Implement IT projects in order to support for new stores opening, such as: Make list of necessary technical equipment for new store, send to Restaurant manager to get confirmation; Find suitable suppliers, get quotations & make contract; Arrange time for installation & test; Get approval of Restaurant manager;

Maintain and monitor the effectiveness of current system and computers, troubleshooting problems when needed;

Other related tasks as Supervisor and Manager required.

Yêu cầu công việc

ARE YOU OUR "FIT"?!

College graduated from related field or others
Have at least 6 months working experience as IT support in related company;
Have knowledge about POS, PC, network, LAN, camera and other software
Able to communicate in English;
Eager to learn
