Mô tả công việc

- Implements POS installation and testing related functions.
- Maintain technical knowledge related to our suite of hardware and software product solution.
- Coordinate with vendor to finalized requirements regarding to POS system
- Set-up, configure and test hardware and software components
- Keep track of the status of sales system, promotions program-loyalty system daily batch and handle the fault
- Documentation (Report, Parameter Sheet, Manual, etc...)

Yêu cầu công việc

- University Degree/ College
- Minimum 01 year of experience in an IT position in Retail industry.
- Good schedule management skill and communication skill.
- Be able to study and research new technologies.
- Be able to work in high pressure environment.
- Good communication with customers/users, coworkers and partners.
- Documentation, Communication and Reporting Skills.
