Mô tả công việc

- Provide technical support to troubleshoot printer scanner and handy terminal issue.
- Propose maintenance contract & SOS (Sato Online Service) to customer.
- Consult customer to use SATO printer.
- Install new printer at customer site.
- QC printer.
- Support sales team to demo printer at customer site
- Spare parts sales.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Hold a Bachelor Degree/Degree/Diploma related to IT field: hardware networking or electronic field.
- Be able to communicate in English.
- Eager to learn have teamwork attitude and skills.
- Fresher are encouraged to apply.
