Mô tả công việc

• Work with ODM/supplier quality team to manage new product quality readiness. Make sure all quality related standards/documents could be ready before pilot build;
• Review ODM/supplier existing quality control documents (QC plan, quality procedure, QC records, QC reports, …) and make sure they meet quality requirements.
• Conduct regular production process audit at ODM/Supplier factory. Prepare audit reports, and follow up audit findings until they are closed.
• Review ODM/supplier quality reports (Production yield, IQC, IPQC, FAI, OOBA reports). Make sure the reports cover full production operations, and are accurate. Follow up with ODM/Supplier quality team to make sure all quality control findings are managed properly.
• Conduct FAI and OOBA with ODM quality team for new products.
• Manage Continuous Improvement through lessons learned, new program introduction, process optimization.
• Drive ODM/Supplier quality team to conduct detailed FA and CA for RMA units returned from the field and also key yield loss in production.
• Manage supplier SCAR, make sure corrective actions are properly documented and effectiveness is validated.

Yêu cầu công việc

• College or above degree, major in Electric/Electronics or Mechanical, or other engineering area.
• At least 3 years working experience or above in quality management field. Have deep understanding and hands on experience on Defining quality control plan, conducting process audit, preparing and reviewing quality report.
• Good knowledge of NPI, SCAR, FMEA, DFM, SPC, MSA and 6 sigma.
• Has strong communication skills, team work spirit and work under high pressure.
• Language: speaking in either English or Chinese. Reading and writing in English (in forms of email communication) is required too.
