Mô tả công việc

- Manage and handle for all sales executive works
- Work closely with other department members such as Engineer, Purchasing, Stock, Finance to make quotations once customer requested.
- Complete the task assigned by Business Leader
- Build contacts and relationships with customers to create new business opportunities
- Track and follow up PO from customers and internal processes to order correct products.
- Liaise with customers in the case of delay or problems
- Get customer complaints and provide after sales service.
- Deliver excellent customer service in order to make sales continuously and customer satisfaction
- Maintain and update the customer database, sales prospect, deals and projects.
- Follow up all deliveries and installations and support finance and accounting teams in collecting documents and payments after handover.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Female, sales experience in selling equipment, hardware products, services or solutions.
- Hard working, team-work
- Careful, thoughtful, reliable
- Consider, compare old prices, new prices, customers…
- Know/set sales targets, purposes, strategies,
- Good looking, nice, sweet voice and customer oriented
- Fast study new knowledge of products, cinema market…
- Good English skills
- Possess good customer interactions skills
Able to travel throughout Vietnam and internationally as need.

*Preferred Experience and candidates:
- Preferred candidates who have 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Business development, esp. candidates who have experience in selling equipment, hardware, spare parts or IT solutions.
