- Developing networks and Linking with Businesses in The Industrial Ecosystem: Legal - Tax consulting; Build; Industrial Park Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Industrial Park Services ...... In the Northern Region.
- Expand Broker Agent channels (International or Local) in The Northern Region.
- Approach Businesses Operating in The Textile and Garment sector in The Northern Region.
- Build relationships with Industrial Park Management Boards in the provinces and Industrial Park Investors to promote sales programs.
- Coordinate the implementation of tasks related to Business Development - Operate Industry linkage networks (Domestic and International) to bring the highest efficiency according to the Group's Development strategy.
- Support project sales department in promoting sales.
- Ensure implementation of monthly work KPIs and Report to Department Director

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualification:
- Graduated from University or Higher majoring in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Commerce, Foreign Languages,...

Expertise:
- Have expertise in Investment consulting;
- Experienced in business development and partner network expansion.

Foreign Language:
- English or Knowing another foreign language is an advantage (Japanese; Korean;Chinese; French;German..).

IT Applications:
- Proficient in using software for work.

Experience:
- Have experience working in the field of industrial real estate business, land leasing, warehouse leasing, factories...
- Minimum required years of experience: 2 years
