Mô tả công việc

- Work with IT team to operate & manage IT platform of CS (Customer Service) Department
- Maintain service partner's account/porfolio & track status of associated transactions
- Assist specific service projects/activities with costing & customer need assessments
- Collaborate with diverse functions (Sales, Marketing, Accounting...) to develop & implement program
- Other service jobs assigned by Head of Department

Yêu cầu công việc

- MALE, University or College graduated
- Have from 1 year at the same position (working with system in Customer Service field or related)
- Experience of SAP/Salesforces/CRM is an advantage
- Computer Literacy (Excel)
- Good at English
- Responsibility & Teamwork spirit
